1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Dailydoubt application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Service Provider
Dailydoubt is developed, owned, and operated by Soft Tricks Code (https://www.softtrickscode.com).
3. Permitted Commercial Use
Dailydoubt is licensed to you for lawful daily business bookkeeping, personal expenditure tracking, shop ledger recording, mathematical calculations, and GST billing generation. You retain full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and tax compliance of all numbers, expenses, and customer billing details you enter.
4. Financial & Tax Disclaimer
Dailydoubt is a digital bookkeeping and calculation tool. It does not provide certified financial, accounting, statutory tax, or legal advice. The cash-in-hand totals, expense summaries, and GST invoice computations depend strictly on the figures entered by you. You are solely responsible for verifying statutory filings and tax assessments with a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or tax professional.
5. Account Security & Verification
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile number and one-time password (OTP) credentials. Soft Tricks Code will never ask for your passwords or OTPs. Please notify us immediately at support.dailydoubt@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Dailydoubt—including software code, visual designs, brand assets, trademarks, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Soft Tricks Code.
7. Data Ownership & Export
You own all proprietary financial ledger data and invoice records you input into Dailydoubt. The application provides built-in tools to export your records at any time as standardized PDFs and multi-tab Excel files. You may also permanently erase all your data via the in-app account deletion tool.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soft Tricks Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or business data arising from the use or inability to use the service, or errors in merchant-entered calculations.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
